
Yoga has been a part of Amy’s life for many years and inspires her to be more present and thankful for all the amazing things our bodies do for us. She has practiced yoga while training for races, to help heal and stretch her body, as her daily workout, and for relaxation. Her journey has evolved over time from focusing on the physical aspects of the movements during class to all aspects of yoga, and the changes have made for her off the mat, in her daily life.
Amy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga in December of 2019. Since she has taught in a variety of different places, working with college athletes, recreation centers, and yoga studios. Her classes combine creative sequencing, stretching, vinyasa, core, and relaxing poses. She will always be a student of the practice and hopes to help others step off the mat, feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
