Breana’s journey into fitness didn’t start with a dramatic “villain origin story” — it started at a low point. She didn’t love what she saw in the mirror, and more importantly, she didn’t love how she felt. What began as a personal fitness journey quickly turned into something much deeper.

As she built strength in her body, she built confidence in her mind. Her habits changed. Her lifestyle shifted. Her entire outlook improved. That transformation sparked a passion: helping others experience that same empowerment.

Her training style? Feel-good movie energy. Movement should fill your cup, not drain it. Yes, you’ll work hard — but it’s all about building strength in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and energizing.

Exercise she loves to hate? Bulgarian split squats. They’re effective. They’re humbling. They make you question your life choices. But they work — and she’s all about what works.

One myth she’ll gladly retire forever:
“Cardio is the best way to lose weight, and lifting heavy makes you bulky.”

The “toned” look people chase? That comes from muscle.
Cardio is a tool.
Lifting is the foundation.

Breana loves clients who want more than just weight loss — she’s here for those ready to build muscle, change habits, fuel with real food, and create a lifestyle that lasts. Biggest red flag? Wanting results without doing the work. Strength requires effort. So does confidence.

Rest days? Non-negotiable and celebrated. Her ideal rest day includes a long “hot girl walk” outside.

When she’s not coaching, she’s trying new coffee shops, creating fun recipes, or playing a friendly(ish) game of pickleball. And if Walk It Talk It by Migos comes on? Expect 10 more reps.
