Kat didn’t become a trainer because of a dramatic backstory — she became one because she genuinely wants to help people become the healthiest versions of themselves. For her, fitness isn’t about extremes. It’s about strength, mindset, and building a life that feels aligned inside and out.
Her training style? Positive, motivational action movie energy. You’ll work hard, feel empowered, and leave stronger than when you walked in — physically and mentally.
Exercise she pretends to love? The Hundreds. (If you know, you know.) They burn. They shake. They humble. And yes… they’re still getting programmed.
One fitness myth she’d happily retire forever? That Diet Coke is “good for you.” (Green flag if you’re ready to ditch it. Red flag if you’re not. 😉)
If “Let’s Get Loud” by J.Lo comes on, expect the energy to shift — and probably 10 extra reps.
Kat’s biggest motivation on the days she almost skips? Knowing how much better she’ll feel mentally afterward. For her, movement is medicine. It sharpens the mind, boosts mood, and builds resilience.
Rest days? Non-negotiable. In fact, she believes they’re some of the most important days in your routine. Health is both mind and body — you need recovery to strengthen both.
When she’s not teaching Pilates, Kat leans into her love of all things “woo-woo” — spirituality, yoga, crystals, sound healing, and deepening her studies in Positive Psychology.
