Kat is a certified Pilates instructor, health coach, and barre instructor. She is continually learning and taking advanced classes, including fitness, pilates, yoga, and is currently enrolled at M.I.U. studying Ayurveda Education. She specializes in helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement. With over 16 years of experience, she creates personalized programs that support overall wellness, whether you’re recovering from surgery, improving flexibility, or enhancing your fitness routine.
