Meet Mady (@madysedfitness)

Mady didn’t get into fitness because it was trendy — she got into it because she was told to “just lose weight” without ever being taught how. So she did the work herself. She lost 100 pounds, dove deep into the science, and became the trainer she wished she had from the start.

Now, she helps busy moms get strong without starving themselves, hating their bodies, or living in the gym. Her mission is simple: build real strength, create sustainable habits, and prove that you don’t have to be miserable to see results.

Her training style? Psychological thriller energy. Expect intensity. Expect “HEAVIER.” Expect to surprise yourself. She’s here to push you — safely, smartly, and strategically — beyond what you thought you could do.

Fitness myth that makes her eye twitch? “Light weights are better if you just want to look toned.” (Massive eye roll.) Muscle is built with challenge. Strength is built with progression. And no, lifting heavy won’t make you “bulky” overnight.

Pull-ups? She’ll program them. She’ll coach them. She may even secretly dread them. But they’re getting done.

Green flag in a client? Consistency over perfection. Show up, even imperfectly. Red flag? Chronic inconsistency. Results don’t come from random bursts of motivation — they come from repeat effort.

Her hot take on rest days? Self-care. Non-negotiable. You don’t grow in the grind — you grow in recovery.

Fuel of choice on “I almost skipped” days? Caffeine. No discrimination. Any will do.

When she’s not training, you’ll find her shopping, on coffee dates, or spending time with her husband and three boys.
